We operate on a next day basis, but do our best to meet any specific requirements you may have. We are happy to book engineers for specific dates, and if we have engineers available we can offer a same day response.

Most home printers aren’t economical to repair due to the cost of replacement. Also, most manufacturers do not supply parts for these types of printers.

If you can’t see your equipment on our site, please just give us a call on 0800 142 2737. We deal with all the main manufacturers for printers and photocopiers, as well as many of the specialist and bespoke brands. 

Yes, all of our engineers receive manufacturer training from partnered brands. We also operate an excellent in-house training program run by our dedicated service team. Many of our engineers have been with us for years and are highly experienced in what they do.

Our engineers repair and service equipment across the South, including specialising in London printer repairs.

We keep many common parts in stock for printers and photocopiers. However, we don’t keep all parts in stock, as we would need a warehouse the size of the Isle of White! Our parts come from manufacturers and suppliers across the globe, and the estimated times vary depending on the manufacturer and how popular the machine is. We always keep you updated on any order.

Yes, many of our customers like to get their equipment serviced on an ad hoc basis and this is something we can help you with. We also offer a regular service as part of a maintenance contract.

Yes, we can offer competitive prices. Most consumables can be with you next day if you order before 3pm.
