On 30 April 2026, UTAX (UK) Ltd confirmed it will cease trading on 31 May 2026. The UK customer base transfers to Kyocera Document Solutions (UK) Ltd — the manufacturer that has always built UTAX hardware.

- New UTAX-branded equipment will no longer be available in the UK after closure.
