Last week our Managing Director, Simon, and team were in Essex doing a printer installation for Galliard Homes, one of our existing customers.
We were able to provide a bespoke print management solution to suit their printing requirements, whilst allowing them to upgrade their current machines and reduce their printing costs.
With the vans loaded, the Temple Knight team made their way to Galliard Home’s head office. It was a busy few days on site, unloading and installing printers for the various departments within their offices.
Once the printers were installed and set up, the engineers provided onsite training to the employees within each department where the printers were located. This also included a live demonstration on the new toner, software and maintenance monitoring software that was installed. Handy USB flash drives containing ‘how to guides’ and demonstration videos were also supplied.
This brought the 3-day installation to a close, where our team carried out final checks with all departments and set off back to our head office.
