Our team of engineers travel all over the UK to carry out printer servicing and repairs, from the South East to Glasgow to Dublin. We have even travelled overseas to a customer site in Paris!
From the minute your service or repair call comes in to Temple Knight HQ in Edenbridge, Kent, it is logged on to our IT system. Our Engineers are given a daily schedule of jobs, prepared by our Service Team which covers a specific region. In addition to our IT system, we have large wall mounted maps with colour coded markers to pinpoint the locations of the days call outs.
Organising and scheduling a team of engineers can often be a tricky task; however here at Temple Knight HQ we have a fantastic Service Team to do just that.
